The fifth vaccine, which has shown promise in monkeys and is headed for human trials as soon as this summer, is what is known as a protein subunit vaccine. Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh use HEK-293 cells to manufacture the coronavirus’ spike protein—a vital part of its structure—which is used to trigger an immune response. Description
Trials in Tainted Space's gameplay is not immune to exploitation. There are various features the player can access, intentional or otherwise, to gain a desired advantage in the game. Most of these exploits may have been left in the game during various points of development and are subject to change if and while the game is in development.
This page will only list cheats that are acknowledged by the developers themselves and are approved for public release. The cheats listed will only be ones that are attainable in-game, during play. For out-of-game game-editing references, try the save editing page.
Cheat Codes
The game has various cheat codes that can be inputted by the player. This can be done in two ways:
- By using a keyboard and directly typing the message at any time while playing the game.
- By accessing a text input box (such as using V-KO's CustomInput option) and inserting and submitting the code there. The input box is limited in what cheats it can activate (so not all cheat codes are compatible with it), and is primarily there for users who use virtual, screen-prompted keyboards.
- It is recommended to input cheat codes in on the codex console under options to prevent any unwanted actions such as moving or item usage.
- Codes that cannot activate via the console can be activated in the main Codex screen. Because all of the main Codex options are assigned to numbers 1-5, this will prevent unwanted actions.
- Holding Shift while typing will also prevent unwanted moving or item usage.
This information is a bit outdated, so some codes may not work in current versions. Try at your own risk. link to a statement from Jacques00 on the forums

Description
Steph Irson is the host of the galaxy-famous Steph Irson's Galactic Huntress, a nature documentary series that airs regularly on extranet television. While normally focused on non-sapient wildlife, the new Planet Rush has prompted Irson to re-tool her show to focus on the various denizens of new and exciting planets, bringing a little slice of the frontier to the viewers at home. Although a legitimately-skilled wildlife wrangler, her current sponsors and network don't let her carry weapons or fight with the local wildlife, resulting in many sexually-explicit misfortunes. The network is also remarkably callous about her safety, as revealed during the Uveto event.
Appearance
Trials In Tainted Space Abortion
Steph appears as a blonde, buxom human woman with tanned skin and big blue eyes -- at least at first. She wears a khaki ranger uniform with booty shorts and a bare midriff. During the course of her once per planet series, she gets progressively more mutated by her encounters with various creatures, each of which leaves its mark on her.
Steph has undergone the following mutations:
- Cat Ears acquired from the Naleen of Mhen'ga, after accidentally finding herself in one of their legendary mating balls -- aka, orgies.
- Gray Goo Lips acquired from the Gray Goo of Tarkus, which give her incredible elasticity and stretchiness. Which she's certain to need!
- A cow-transformation on New Texas, after harassing a burly bull man a little too long. Gives her a thicker curves and lactation.
- A Cock-Tail while on Myrellion, from her encounter with the Cockvine, after her meeting with a regal Nyrean Alpha and a Nyrean male.
- Frost-scaled limbs and draconic horns on Uveto, gained from an encounter with the Frostwyrm's mutagenic semen. During her encounter, she was also impregnated by a Korgonne gangbang.

Interactions
Captain Steele may be aware of Steph's interactions from afar through various televisions in taverns.
She currently does not appear in physical form.
Her first in-person meeting with Steele is on Myrellion, specifically at her camp in No Myr's Land. She can only be encountered there only if Steele has watched at least one of her episodes (to know of her existence).
Note: don't know if its still possible to encounter but u can force it to happen on Myrellion with the code 'stephCampEncounter' on the impulse menu.
When meeting with her in person, she has a few options to choose from:
- Autograph - Ask Steph for her autograph!
- Her Work - Ask Steph about her work.
- Encourage: Pornstar - Encourage Steph to pursue a life of galactic pornstardom.
- Encourage: New Network - Encourage Steph to find a new, less abusive TV network and get back to actual xeno-conservation rather than just getting reamed by aliens.
- Steele Tech Sponsor - Maybe Steele Tech could be the sponsor Steph is looking for...
- Discourage: Stay Aboard - Discourage Steph from switching networks. You sure enjoy her show, just the way it is. Tough it cut!
- Mutations - Comment on Steph's mutations.
Television Show
After watching at least one episode of 'Steph Irson's Galactic Huntress', Steele may get a message from 'GalacNet VOD', a video-on-demand service (in about three days time). After reading the letter, Steele may access the videos from the Masturbation menu (while in Steele's ship), in the Smut option, and choosing Steph Irson: On Demand.
Any episode not yet watched publicly will be considered 'unaired', but any episodes that have been aired are available for purchase at 10 credits each.
Quests
Steph does not have any related quests so far.
Trivia
- Steph Irson's boldness, speech, and overall character is partially a reference to the wildlife expert, television personality, and conservationist Steve Irwin, 'The Crocodile Hunter'.
- Myrellion once featured an event in which the player could meet Steph Irson in person and discuss her career, either encouraging her to keep her current style of show, turn it into full-on pornography, or offering her a new contract with SteeleTech as a legitimate wildlife show host. This is due to revising her Treatment on New Texas to bovinium, as the original encounter was somewhat predicated on her being Treated.
- Steph Irson has a twin sister on Uveto named Natalie Irson.
